18:00 hrs: Short introduction to the programme + setting goals (one and a half hours)

Monday 2 December:
07:30 hrs: Walk with Irmi
09:15 hrs: Breakfast at Restaurant Karakter
10:00 hrs: Workshop Inner playing field, energy leaks and sources, setting goals
13:00 hrs: Lunch
14:00 hrs: Workshop: the basis of Resilience and Balance
15:15 hrs: End of program

Tuesday 3 December: 
07:30 hrs: Yoga on the beach (yoga teacher from the Spa)
09:15 hrs: Breakfast at Restaurant Karakter
10:30 hrs: Workshop Neutral & Shift
13:00 hrs: Lunch14:00 hrs: Workshop about food
15:15 hrs: End of program
16:00 hrs: Introduction free diving (Dive center)
