10:00 hrs: Workshop Inner playing field, energy leaks and sources, setting goals
13:00 hrs: Lunch
14:00 hrs: Workshop: the basis of Resilience and Balance

Tuesday 4 June: 
07:30 hrs: Yoga on the beach (yoga teacher from the Spa)
09:15 hrs: Breakfast at Restaurant Karakter
10:30 hrs: Workshop Neutral & Shift
