LiveChat - How do I use the LiveChat?

If you have a question or a remark, you can use our LiveChat during work days between 9 AM and 5:30 PM (Dutch time). There's an orange button in the bottom right of the page that says ’chat with us’. You can start the chat by introducing your name and email address. We'll be happy to help you with your question!

If we're not available on LiveChat, you'll see 'send us a message' on the orange button in the bottom right. You can introduce your name and email address and send us a message. On work days we'll answer within 24 hours.

Surroundings - Where can I find information about the surroundings?

Information about the surroundings of your holiday park can be found on the special page about the holiday park of your choosing, under the button 'Surroundings’. Here you'll find information about the town, region and country of your holiday park. 

Making a reservation

Making a reservation - Why don't I see a price?

If you look at the chart with 'prices & availability', you can also see the current availability. Prices are indicated for available periods only. The price includes possible discounts. You can click the small grey letter 'i' next to the name of the accommodation for more information about what's included and what's not. Here you'll also find more information about the package.

If you don't see a price for that specific accommodation, period and amount of people, it unfortunately isn't available.

Making a reservation - Can I specify a preference?

If you've visited one of our resorts before and you have a preference for a specific villa, you can contact us using LiveChat, phone or email. We'll be glad to help you. You can also contact us for other preferences or questions, for example for a reservation.

Insurance - Do you offer insurance?

Unfortunately we don't offer cancellation insurance. We recommend that you take it out yourself. You can find our terms and conditions here.

You can find the booking conditions here. For each booking, this link will also be sent in the booking confirmation. 

Prices and discounts - Where do I find prices and discounts?

The prices of our accommodations can be seen on every page, in the 'prices & availability' chart on the right. The prices show the current availability. If you don't see a price for the date that you've selected, it means it's not available anymore. Discounts are always directly included in the prices. You can visit our 'offers' page for more information about our current promotions.

Searching accommodation - How do I search for a holiday home?

Accommodation can be found under 'holiday homes'. You can find specifications for each type of accommodation. You can compare them in the holiday home overview.

Your booking

Cancellation - Can I cancel my holiday?

If you unexpectedly need to cancel your holiday, please always contact us by phone. We recommend to take out cancellation insurance to protect you against financial setbacks caused by a cancellation. You can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.

Modifications - Can I modify my booking?

Minor modifications can be done in your private account, for which you received your credentials by email after your booking. You can contact us for other modifications. 

Modifying personal details - Can I modify my personal details?

If you log in with your personal username and password, you can modify your personal details. You received your credentials after finishing your booking. Please contact us if you have trouble logging into your account. We'll be happy to assist you.

Booking status - What is my booking status?

When you book with us, your booking is always registered online, so that you can be sure of your stay. You'll receive a confirmation by email directly after booking. In this email you'll also find your credentials to log in on our website. Please pay the deposit or the full amount in case of a last minute booking (35 days or less before arrival) immediately after booking. You can do this by logging in and using our payment methods like iDeal or credit card. If you don't receive an email with credentials, please check your spam box. If the confirmation isn't there either, then please contact us. After paying the deposit, the booking is officially confirmed.

Discounts - Are there possibilities for discounts?

Discounts are always included in the prices. Please see our offers or register for our newsletter to learn about special offers.

Booking accommodation - How can I book a holiday home?

You can book your accommodation easily on the website. It's also possible to book by phone or email.

Please contact us if you have a specific wish, preference or if you want to make a reservation.


Paying - How can I pay for my booking?

After booking, you'll receive an email with your credentials. With these, you can can log in on our website (top right at 'log in'). By logging in, you'll reach your personal space where you can view your reservation and modify or add to your details. You can also pay the deposit here using iDeal or your credit card.

When you receive a payment reminder or if you want to pay the remaining amount, please log in again using these credentials. They were sent together with your booking confirmation. In your personal space on the website, you can pay using iDeal or your credit card.

Have you forgotten your credentials? Please contact us. 

If you want to pay your booking at Oasis Coral Estate, click on the bar at the season and select: “season (year) Coral Estate”. Your booking will appear and you can follow the steps to complete your payment.

If you have a problem with paying online, you can use a bank transfer instead. You'll find our bank details at 'About us'. Please mention your booking number as a reference with the transfer

Payment status in My Oasis - What is my payment status?

You can find the status of your payment in your account. You can check your account by clicking the 'Login' button. Log in with your username and password to see all the necessary information. You can also easily take care of payments from your account.

Payment terms - What are the payment terms?

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with an invoice containing an online payment link. For bookings that are done more than 84 days before arrival, the deposit of at least 30% of the rental amount, services, activities and/or facilities, needs to be paid directly after receiving the confirmation/invoice. Reservation and insurance costs need to be paid in full (100%).

The remaining amount needs to be transferred at least 35 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 35 days before arrival, the total amount of the invoice has be paid immediately after receiving the confirmation/invoice.

After payment of the complete invoice amount, the travel documents and access vouchers will be sent by email.

You can pay by using your personal credentials that you received with your email confirmation. After logging in, you can pay with iDeal or credit card. As soon as the payment is complete, the booking will be officially confirmed and you'll receive an invoice.

Invoices and payments - When do I need to pay?

You'll receive an invoice directly after booking. You'll have to pay the deposit immediately; we'll need to receive the rest of the payment at least 35 days before your arrival at our holiday resort.
